DESCRIPTION:Join Us!\nThe United Soccer Association invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM).\n\n\nBylaw Amendments for the 2026/2027 Season\nWe encourage all members to review the bylaws and rules carefully and vote for changes on June\, 17 2026.\n\n\nWho Can Vote?\nVoting is open to full voting affiliates in good standing as defined per USA League bylaws.\n\n \n\n\nProposed ByLaw Changes\n\n\n\n05 CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS \n(02)  CHANGE TO READ  “The elected Board of Directors shall consist of President\, Secretary\, Treasurer. Automatically on the Board of Directors is the immediate Past President if available to serve. These 5 can appoint at large Board members by majority vote for one year terms. 5 appointed Board Members maximum.” \n(03) CHANGE TO READ “ The Executive Committee is the primary management team that will oversee and advise the Executive Director of USA. The Executive Director and staff will perform all executive functions of the USA corporation.
