Referee Complaint Procedures

All complaints regarding referees shall be addressed with your designated USA Club representative. The United Soccer Association will not accept any notifications from parents or individuals.

Referee Assessment Report

Was the Referee Crew At the field 30 minutes before Kick-Off *

Was the Referee Crew professional and courteous *

Did the Referee Crew do a field safety check, including goal anchoring *

Did the Referee Crew Inspect Players / Team Official equipment & passes *

Was the Referee Crew Consistent with Fouls / Misconduct for BOTH teams- Fair Play *

Was the Referee Crew Clear with communication and signals to manage the game *

Does your club have a training seminars to review “Laws of the Game” *

Has your club sponsored an Entry Level Referee class this year? *
