TEAM NO-SHOW PROCEDURE
| 1. WAIT 15 MINUTES | Allow a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled kickoff time. |
| 2. NO TEAM = FORFEIT | If the team still has not appeared, the match is subject to forfeit unless the delay was due tocircumstances beyond the team’s control. |
| 3. FORFEIT SCORE | The game is recorded as a 3-0 forfeit to the opponent. |
| 4. REFEREE PAY | If the referee crew arrives and a team does not show, the referees receive FULL PAY. |
| 5. REPORT TO USA | The center referee submits a report to USA regarding the team no-show. The REFEREE must submit the completed Game Report by one of the following methods: • Upload using PIN 2627 |
| 6. REFEREE FEES | The team responsible for the no-show is responsible for referee payment as determined by USA. |
| 7. POSSIBLE FINE | A $350 forfeit fine may be imposed by the USA Board for failure to appear. |
| 8. NO RESCHEDULE | A forfeited game is not eligible to be rescheduled. |
