Coaching Education Grant
Purpose
The Coaching Education Grant helps United Soccer Association coaches cover the cost of accredited coaching courses and advance credentials.
Impact
By investing in coach development, the program strengthens youth soccer and improves the quality of player instruction.

Scholarships
Purpose
The United Soccer Association’s Scholarship Program offers financial awards to graduating high school seniors who have actively participated in our league.
Impact
This initiative supports their pursuit of higher education and recognizes their dedication both on and off the field. Scholarship recipients will be honored during halftime at a Tampa Bay Rowdies home game, celebrating their achievements in front of the community.

College ID Camps
Purpose
The United Soccer Association’s College ID Camp Program offers a unique, cost-free opportunity for senior team players (U15-U18) to showcase their talents in front of college coaches from across the region.
Impact
This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between youth soccer and collegiate athletics, providing direct exposure and recruitment pathways for aspiring student-athletes.
Young Referee Grant
Purpose
The United Soccer Association’s Young Soccer Referee Grant is designed to support youth players (ages 13 and older) you are interested in becoming certified soccer referees.
Impact
This initiative helps cover or offset the cost of referee certification courses, making it easier for young athletes to take their first steps into officiating. By empowering players to become referees, we foster leadership, deepen understanding fo the game, and strengthen the overall soccer community.

- Expand the referee pool with trained, youth-centered officials
- Encourage leadership and responsibility among young players
- Promote long-term involvement in the game beyond playing
Cleats, Shinguards & Ball Program
Purpose
The United Soccer Association’s Cleats, Shinguards & Ball Program is designed to ensure that every young athlete in our leagues has access to the essential equipment needed to play the game safely and confidently.
Impact
This initiative provides free cleats, shinguards, and soccer balls to players who may otherwise go without. By supporting out players with the basic gear they need, we reinforce our commitment to the access, equity, and community development. ensuring that no child is left on the sidelines due to a lack of resources.
Key Goals
- Remove finacial barriers to participate in youth soccer
- Promote inclusivity and equal opportunity across all communities
- Ensure every player is equipped with the basic gear for safe and effective play
