Ya basta. Piensen en el daño que se les está haciendo a los niños. Necesitamos la cooperación de TODOS los padres.

En una entrevista con la LEYENDA, Gary Lineker, de Inglaterra, Tottenham, Leicester y FC Barcelona , surgió el tema de el compartimiento de los padres durante los juegos de fútbol y Lineker no se anduvo con rodeos en sus comentarios. "Los padres gritando y vociferando instrucciones y el 99,9% de lo que dicen está mal... está infundiendo miedo".

Este tipo de comportamiento desde el banquillo ejerce una presión GRAVE sobre los jugadores jóvenes e inhibe sus posibilidades de triunfar. Los niños deben jugar al fútbol con alegría y expresión, no con miedo y presión. Las interferencias desde la banda perjudican el trabajo del entrenador y son extremadamente perjudiciales para el progreso del equipo en su conjunto. La United Soccer Association no tolera este tipo de comportamiento. Por favor ayúdenos a evitar esta conducta durante nuestros juegos.

Enough is enough. Think of the harm being done to the children. We need the cooperation from ALL the parents.

In a 1v1 interview, England, Tottenham, Leicester, and FC Barcelona LEGEND, Gary Lineker, the topic of soccer parents came up and Lineker pulled no punches in his remarks. "Parents standing in the sidelines getting carried away, shouting and bawling instructions and 99.9% of what they say is wrong…it’s instilling fear".

This type of behavior from the sidelines puts SERIOUS pressure on young players and inhibits their chances of making it. Kids should play soccer with joy and expression, not fear and pressure. Interferences from the sideline undermine the coach’s work and are extremely harmful to the progress of the team as a whole. The United Soccer Association does not tolerate this kind of behavior. Please help us do better during our games.

Is this you? Interferences from the sideline undermine the coach’s work and are extremely harmful to the progress of the team as a whole. The ONLY thing parents should be considering from the bleachers is support. No instructions. No criticism. No challenging the refs. No questioning the coach. At the youth level, the focus is on skill development and fun, not results. Winning comes later.
